Our Brooklyn facility
Highline Commerce started in 2020 in Chelsea on 27th street and 10th Avenue (hence the name, Highline). We moved to Brooklyn in 2022, and have since expanded our operations within Industry City.

Our Atlanta facility
We opened our Atlanta location in September 2024 to support key Brooklyn-based clients expanding in the Southeast. Our co-founder Morgan relocated to lead the launch—and today, we proudly serve some of Atlanta's largest homegrown brands out of this facility.

Our Dayton facility
We opened our Dayton, Ohio location in 2025 to support NYC-based brands that had scaled rapidly and needed a more central hub. Two of our five largest clients relocated fulfillment to Dayton to lower costs and continue growing with us.

Highline is rapidly expanding its facilities in order to get your goods where they’re going in the most geographically efficient (and cost-effective) way possible.Highline was born out of necessity and frustration: when our founder, Richard, couldn’t find a fulfillment partner willing to work with his wife’s growing fashion brand, he decided to build one himself.
Starting with just 200 square feet in a Chelsea warehouse, he created a flexible, founder-friendly 3PL designed for brands like theirs—local, ambitious, and seeking true partnership. While this video was filmed early in our journey—and a lot has changed since—this same spirit still drives everything we do today.
