How Our Apparel Fulfillment Works
Our process is straightforward. Here is what happens from the moment your inventory arrives to the moment your customer receives their order.
Receiving: Your inventory arrives at our Downtown LA facility. We check it in, count it, photograph it, and update your Shopify inventory within 24 hours of receipt.
Storage: Apparel is stored according to SKU, size, and color. We use bin-level organization so every variant is tracked precisely. No commingling with other clients' inventory.
Order sync: When a customer places an order in your Shopify or TikTok store, it appears in our fulfillment queue automatically. No manual imports, no CSV uploads.
Pick and pack: Our team picks each item, verifies size and color against the order, and packs to your brand standards — custom tissue, stickers, inserts, packing tape, or poly bags, whatever your brand requires.
Ship: We ship via your preferred carriers — USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL — and optimize rates based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Tracking is pushed back to Shopify/Tiktok automatically and your customer receives an automatic notification.
Returns: Returned items are received, inspected, and either restocked or flagged for your review. We handle the full reverse logistics loop so your team doesn’t have to.
